民眾參與計畫
本案公共藝術以高雄捷運民族站為基地，透過策展機制結合在地文化與民眾參與，打造具辨識度與個性化的公共空間。靈感來自青春電影《藍色大門》，以「花襯衫」意象喚起青春、浪漫與人情記憶，並透過擬人化與故事性的藝術手法，讓民族站成為具有「人物性格」的城市節點。
創作策略融合平面彩繪、街道傢俱與民眾共創裝置，創造節慶式的視覺體驗與互動場域。作品命名為「小簇」，不僅呼應「民族」之意，也寓意「花團錦簇」的共融精神，展現公共藝術的開放性與多元想像。

隨著時代的推進、文明的發達，現代環保意識的日漸低落及對環境的破壞日益嚴重，台灣的人民日常生活產生的一般生活垃圾量，約是每人每日1.1公斤（每日全國約25,000 公噸，或是全年約 880萬公噸），塑膠類更佔了垃圾組成百分比的 17~21%
《 大地花襯衫 》即是一種我們如何對待環境的隱喻。藝術家將規劃期程與社區民眾徵求回收之塑膠袋，作品元件皆由再生塑膠袋勾織而成，賦予了回收物更深層的意涵與生命。藝術家舉辦編織課程邀請民眾參與，最後藝術家會將編織在模板上的作品安裝至牆上，在活動期間與藝術家一同創造美好的公共景致。

With the progress of civilization has come increasing environmental degradation and declining eco-awareness. In Taiwan, the average citizen produces approximately 1.1 kg of general household waste per day—amounting to around 25,000 tons daily, or 8.8 million tons annually. Of this, plastics make up 17–21% of the waste composition. Floral Shirt of the Earth is a metaphor for how we treat our environment.
Artists coordinated with local residents to collect discarded plastic bags over a set period. All components of the artwork were crocheted from these recycled plastics, endowing the material with new meaning and life. Through hands-on weaving workshops, the public was invited to participate in the creative process. The final woven works were assembled and mounted onto the wall by the artists, creating a beautiful and meaningful public landscape during the event.
